Considering the rate at which most
celebrities are running for one
political office or the other, AY has
explained why he is not joining in
the political race. He visited
Rhythm FM yesterday and during
an interview with Toke makinwa
and Diali, he was asked why he
wasn’t running for any political
post and he said:“God hasn’t
called me to go into politics and
He probably will not call me for a
long time”.
Celebrities running for a political
office include 9ice,Desmond
Elliot,Tony Tetuila,Kate
Henshaw,Kenny Saint Brown and
Dayo Adeneye. We wish them all
goodluck in their campaign and
endeavors. Comedian, Julius Agwu
who earlier announced his
intentions in running for Governor
in his home town of Rivers state
recently declared that he is no
longer interested in the position.
