Two Student Cult Leaders Nabbed For Murder In Ondo

Two students of the Ondo State-
owned Rufus Giwa Polytechnic,
Owo, who are said to be notorious
cult leaders, Jimoh Fidelis and
Dare Wale, have been arrested by
Police detectives for m****r.
Acting on security reports,
detectives from the ‘B’ Division in
Owo swooped on the cult members
at their hideout.
Police source said the two
students, who have succeeded in
initiating many others into the
Aiye secret cult on campus, are
notorious leaders of the group.
Vanguard learnt that the bubble
bursted when the killing of one
Adedoja Olawale was traced to the
two cult leaders.
They reportedly led the gang that
murdered the victim at the gate of
a popular hotel in Owo.
Police investigation showed that
the students have made
confessional statement and would
soon be charged for m****r.

Man Rapes Seven-Year-OldGirl, Damages Her Private Parts PHOTO

A man, simply identified as Julius, has allegedly raped a seven year old girl, damaging her private parts in Obafalabi Street, Ojodu Berger area of Lagos .Punch reports that Julius, is a northerner who stays in a rented apartment with his mother. It was reported that Julius tricked the Primary One girl into his apartment on the night of Saturday July 26, after which he had canal knowledge of her. The girl, whose names are deliberately not mentioned for both future and security purpose, had been searched for by her parents who wanted to go to mosque to have the night’s prayers to no avail, not knowing she was in the room of their next door neighbor.The little girl was said to have sneaked back to her parents’ room with obvious pains which the mother noticed when she gotback from the Muslim praying house. When asked what was wrong, she described how Julius told her to remove her pants, laid on her and telling her he was just play with her. This was followed by the arrest of Julius, after which the girl was noticed to have urinary disorder.Confirming the incident, the mother of the girl in her words to newsmen, said: “On that evening, when we came back from the mosque, she could not bend down properly. I asked her where she went and she initially lied, butlater said she had been in his room.“She said the man asked her to remove her pants, and he put his organ into her, stating that he was just playing with her. I then asked her to repeat the same to her daddy when he cameback. But in the morning when weconfronted Julius, he denied it. Then we called our family nurse, who came, tested her, and confirmed that she had been raped.“That same day, we took her to a private hospital where the doctoralso confirmed that she had beenraped the day before, and on several occasions. So, we reported at the police station. From that day, I observed she could not hold her urine.“A girl who had stopped bedwetting suddenly began to urinate during sleep. The medical personnel saidthere was a damage to her private parts that needed to be treated. That was how she resumed treatment at the hospital.”Furthermore, medical reports proved that there was a breach of hymen and the absence of labia minora, according to one Dr. Sanni who is in charge of the case at the private hospital the girl’s been for treatment for the past two weeks. Although the mother of the alleged rapist could not be reached when the apartment was visited by newsmen, the Lagos State Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Lelma Kolle, confirmed the arrest of the suspect, and added that the case, because of its severity, had been transferredto the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba.

23 Year-Old Lagos Prophet Rap’es Woman During Prayer Session

A 23-year-old Celestial Church
prophet, Adewale Adeleke, has
been arrested for r*ping a church
member during prayer a prayer
session.
He committed the act on July 26
at 6 pm at the premises of Original
Inn Hotel, Ebute Meta.
The prophet allegedly approached
his victim claiming to be
spiritually informed about her
problems and had solutions to
them through a scheduled prayer
session.
When the victim met him at the
hotel on the scheduled
appointment, he obtained her
mobile phone and N13,000 as
mobilization fees.
He then forced her to str*p na.ked
as a prerequisite for her prayer to
be answered and thereafter
unlawfully assaulted her and had
se.xual intercourse with her
without her consent.
Appearing before a Yaba
Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday,
Mr. Adeleke, was arraigned on a
four-count charge of stealing,
obtaining by false pretext,
impersonation and rap.e.
The prosecutor, Mr. Chris Takim
said the offences contravene
Sections 258, 285, 312 and 378 of
the Criminal Laws if Lagos State,
2011.
Section 258 prescribes life
imprisonment for any man who has
unlawful se.xual intercourse with a
woman or girl, without her
consent.
Adeleke however pleaded not
guilty.
The Chief Magistrate, Ariike
Oshibayo, granted bail to the
accused in the sum of N200,000
with two sureties in like sum. He
further adjourned the case till
August 16 for further hearing.

3 Nabbed For Robbing Facebook Friends

MEN of the Delta State Police
Command have arrested three
persons in Asaba for allegedly
robbing two persons they lured
from Oyo State to Asaba, Delta
State through facebook contact.
Police Public Relations Officer,
PPRO, Celestina Kalu, who
disclosed this, said the three
suspects would face the music
after preliminary investigations.
According to her, “on June 28 at
about 9.35 am, Oleshade Akugbade
and Olayinka Alake, both from
Ibadan, Oyo State reported at GRA
police station, Asaba that they
were invited to Asaba by their
facebook friends one Daniel
Fredrick, Nze Emeka and Kingsley
Nwali, all residing at Shedrack
Estate, Asaba.
“On their arrival, they were robbed
by the above named persons of a
bag containing their clothes,
adding that the three suspects
have been arrested while the
stolen items were recovered from
them.”
“Investigation is in progress,” she
said
Fraudsters h**k into Vanguard

Meantime, fraudsters have hacked
into the e-mail box of the Sapele
correspondent of Vanguard
Newspapers, Mr Godwin Oghre ,
which reads: godwinoghre@
gmail.com , and are using it to
send mails to unsuspecting
individuals whose contacts were
contained there.
The fraudsters are soliciting one
favour or another and even
demanding private information of
the contacts.
According to Oghre, he started
receiving calls from some of his
contacts as early as 7 a.m.
yesterday, to confirm the
authenticity of some mails they
received, purportedly from him.
He said: “I did not and I don’t
solicite favour or request for any
individual’s private information.
My email is purely for official work,
particularly to receive and send
news items to my editors for
publication. The general public to
please take note.”

Man kills wife In Lagos For Allegedly Infecting Him With HIV

from Wamba, Nasarawa State has
been arrested for allegedly
stabbing his wife to death, Punch
reports.
According to reports, Katongu
stabbed his wife to death in a
street at Oniru Estate, Maroko,
Lagos, where they lived. Police say
she was stabbed at least three
times. After he was arrested by
operatives of the Department of
Criminal Investigations, Yaba,
Lagos, Katongu, 45, claimed he
killed her because she infected him
with HIV and then wanted to leave
him for another man. He
explained:
“I married Justina, my second wife
in December 2010. I later learnt
that she had given birth to two
girls for a man. The girls died of
AIDS. However, when we first met,
she did not tell me all these. I
explained to her that I have a wife
with children and I wanted to
marry her too. Before marriage, I
told her we should go to hospital
to conduct HIV test, but she
refused and said that she was HIV
negative. So we started sleeping
together.”
Katongu claimed that without his
knowledge, his wife had been going
to Abuja for medical treatment
every three months for HIV, until
March 2013 when she took him
along.
He said it was at the hospital that
she disclosed her HIV status to
him.
“I was angry and told the doctor
who equally blamed her for not
disclosing it to me. The doctor
then tested me, and I was positive.
We came back to Lagos and
continued with the relationship
because I loved her. But suddenly,
she told me she wanted to pack
out from my house that she was
no longer interested in marrying
me having had another person in
Abuja. In fact, the man usually
called her on phone while we were
together.
“I told her that with her status, she
should not go and be infecting
people with the virus. And that I
will kill her and kill myself. We
started fighting and I stabbed her.
It was in the early hours. I stabbed
her three times with a knife. She
shouted and people were knocking
at our door.
After she died, I stabbed myself,
and the people broke the door
open. I woke up to find myself in a
hospital. I feel very bad that I
killed my wife. I loved her very
much.”

STRANGE!!! Man Arrested For Having S.ex With Dead Bodies In Ebonyi

The suspect was accused of killing
women and then having intercourse
with their lifeless bodies…..
The police in Ebonyi have arrested
a young man on allegations of
m****r and necrophilia.
The 20-year-old, identified simply
as Chukwuma, is said to have
taken the lives of 3 women after
which he had s*x with the corpses.
Details of the crime were made
known by the Police Public
Relations Officer for the state,
Chris Anyanwu.
He said:
“We nabbed him after placing
surveillance at a particular farm,
where he usually waylays women
who are going to farm or coming
back from farm.
We got the information that he
had killed three women in the
same way. He has the habit of
waylaying the women on lonely
bush path.
Whenever a woman passes through
the place he pounces on her and
strangles her to death and has s*x
with the dead body.
“One of these women’s name is
Anyigor from the same village. On
July 15, she went to farm at a
place called Okwulike but never
returned.
Then, when he was later arrested,
he (the suspect) confessed that he
was hanging around that farm
area when he saw the woman who
is late now, and pounced on her,
strangled her to death by grabbing
her neck region until she gave up
before he had s*x with the dead
woman and robbed her of N8,500 ,
which he found on her.
“The suspect said he used the
money to buy Nokia handset
phone and used the remaining
money to drink local gin called
‘kaikai’.
“The second incident happened a
week after, on July 23, the victim
is Mrs. Helen, a 54-year-old
woman, who went to Egiagu village
to farm and never returned.
“So, alarmed by her non-return,
her son alerted the villagers and a
search party later found her dead
body along the lonely farm path.
When Chukwuma was arrested, he
confessed that he strangled the
woman the same way he strangled
the other two women.
The suspect reportedly blamed his
actions on his annoyance with the
people of the community who had
taken to calling him a nickname he
did not like.

TRAGIC: 18yr Old Unarmed Boy Shot Dead By Police Officer [See Photos]

18 year old Michael Brown
(pictured above) was shot dead
yesterday Saturday August 9th by
a police officer in Ferguson,
Missouri. Michael, who had just
graduated high school and hoped
to begin college in the fall, was on
his way to his grandmother’s
house in the city of Ferguson when
he was gunned down at about 2:15
p.m in the middle of the street.
It’s still unclear why the police
man opened fire but eye-witnesses
said Michael was unarmed and his
hands up in the air when he was
shot after an argument between
Michael and the police man.
“The police shot again and once
my friend felt that shot, he turned
around and put his hands in the
air,” said witness Dorian Johnson.
“He started to get down and the
officer still approached with his
weapon drawn and fired several

His grandmother said she was
driving through her neighborhood
Saturday afternoon when she saw
her grandson walking a few blocks
from her house. After she arrived
home minutes later, she heard a
commotion and ran outside to see
his body on the pavement nearby.
Michael’s killing triggered outrage

the scene cursing and shouting
“kill the police.”.
St Louis Police spokesman said
they are trying to figure out what
led to the shooting, promising a
